Sampling To Production Made Easy

Design

Design – Presenting your design is completely up to you and we can work with anything you might want to supply.

Making your ideas a reality - As some clients know exactly what they want, leave your ideas to us to professionally draw them to make them ready for factories.

Or you can leave it to us - whether you’ve written an idea on the back of your napkin, we can help develop those ideas further.

Costing

What we consider – when we send you your design for costs, we consider the things such as production quantity, production lead time, product type, likely average unit costs and other factors specific for your idea.

Design price estimate- not only will we help you with the individual unit price but also if there is additional charges such as taxes and duties.

Whats next? – If you are happy with the following, we can proceed to the next stage – sampling.

Sampling

While most of the time your design will be sampled using the right fabrics, if a fabric is specialised or it is not available, there can be a substitute.

Not every single colour might be available, on occasions, one sample of another colour might be sampled and other dyed colours may be supplied for an alternative colour way.

We thrive to make sure your initial sample is a close as possible to your chosen design, however it is not possible without order commitment.

Bulk Ordering

Placing a bulk order will help our factories produce your bespoke fabrics/dyes and colours

Providing a label will also allow us to be able to brand your clothes with your own label and barcode

Once samples have been received by us, we will work with you on your comments.

Bulk Production

1) Once you have received approval, physical bulk production may start.

During production, quality checks will be in place. In line quality control checks can be done at random times through the different production stages to eliminate any problems with the product.

2) Once this production is complete, products under – go pressing and packing stage. All products will be undertaken in additional quality control checks. Once completed and ready to go, we arrange a shipment to our warehouses.

3) A final sample will be sent out to you called ‘shipment sample’. As these samples are provided by finish bulk production, no other changes can be made. The purpose of all this is to ensure you that you are happy to ship.

Shipment and Delivery

Once products have been given the green light, we can ship your products via road, sea and air.

All of your products will first arrive to our warehouses for a double check to provide order fulfilment.

Once they have been received at an airport, they will be taken through customs. If it is clear delivery instructions will be arranged with you.

Lead Times

Lead times for designs from bulk production to final delivery are different as every project is unique to you.

Factors can include: product type, size, number of comment changes and sample rounds, fabric lead times and production lead time.

Allow the following lead times: design (2-3 weeks), sample development 3-4 weeks, production 4-6 weeks depending when product has received approval, shipment 3-6 weeks.
